One day at a time. Yesterday I felt I did very well. I did not snack and that has been what I have been prone to here lately...stress...coping...blah.
This morning was stress with trying to log in remotely and I felt myself just wanting to binge eat. *sigh* I didn't. Instead I made my husband some fried rice to take to work for lunch.
I will go try to plan out my menu for the day.
I need to weigh so I can join some challenges but really not sure where my scale is...it is packed in a box somewhere. Also, I am not sure that I can handle the depressingness (I know that is not a word) of it.
So my goal today...not to snack or if I do make them healthy. Get some exercise even if it is in 10 minute 'work breaks' three times.
Okay so dug the scale out :( but it was not as bad as I expected...still bad but not as bad.
