Feeling Fat because I am. I have been many Lisa's and have changed my life many times, I do this every day. I love the way I eat now because it brings me short term comfort but it is putting me into jeapordy with my health physically, mentally and spiritually. I love to help others but must love and help myself because through life's ups and downs I am worth the effort to be the best me. Towanda!!!
