Congrats!!! My older sister was on weight watchers points program, and she kept talking about how she could eat all the soup she wanted, because it was zero points, and I didnt think that made sense because it was still calories in...it was too confusing. Welcome back, and good luck!!

Way to go gal. Keep it up. Eating a balanced diet is much better for you then eating fad diets (Water diet, weight watchers, protein diet, etc...).
Also a nice trick to try. eat half a portion of a meal. Wait 1 hour. If you must, eat the 2nd half after 1 hour. You will be surprised what happens with that 1 hour delay.
