It's not fair that my "weigh in" day is the day after Memorial Day! Today my gym is closed so trying not to eat much. Had a good breakfast and heading to Destin to do some window shopping and walking. Decided to do a LOW carb day today since I wont be doing much. Tomorrow Gym and hopefully the beach. Walking on sand and swimming AFTER gym workout HOPEFULLY will assist with a painless weigh-in on Tuesday! I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday and dont abandon diet too much (including myself)! LOL
