i love steps. i walked the dog for an hour today. and did a 1 hour circuits class at the gym. i had ratatui, with stirfry beansprouts and 2 egg omlette and banana and protein shake. 2 squares of dark chocolate and lots of water with lemon juice. only 1000 kcals today.
