I did well until after work at home. Then I ate crackers and cereal. I was still under my 15 hundred calories but it was way too many carbs. I want to stay at around 60 or below.

Your fine, maybe drink water on the way home for a fuller feeling. Sounds like a stress response. Speaking from my own responses stuffing my face when I walk in the house after a stressful day lol.
