My weight has stayed the same now for a few days and this is always the point my body wants to fight me on continued weight loss...I'm guessing this is a set point for me and really need to pay attention, maybe add a few more minutes of cardio per week to push past this. Sprints might be the better option. I will do this and not be hungry. I will eat the right foods, which I LOVE! Must stay away from peanut butter for another week. I miss peanut butter.
