Been trying to drink about 2L of water a day... I'm thinking that's about right... It's about 67 oz, and I've heard you're supposed to drink 8 8oz glasses a day, so I'm right about there. I keep a 1 liter Figi bottle with me and refill it constantly, which helps keep me on track as to how much water I drink per day.

Good job! That's hard for me sometimes - to make sure I drink those 8 glasses. I've found it's slowly become easier to do, don't know whether it's as it gets warmer or just slowly adjusting to more water. It may help the only other thing I drink is green tea (or wine! and that won't count) Keep it up, I think we need it to flush the breakdown of fat out of the system (my theory, take it for what it's worth : )
