O.K. O.K. Got to have a looong talk with my body. I must get it to understand that "FAT" is not its friend. FAT needs to be evicted from the "neighborhood."

Scale appears to be locked in this position. Walked this morning and will concentrate trying to break up meals into smaller segments eating every two hours. Gotta try something.

Some people tell me a three day cleanse kick starts the system into high gear after being stuck in neutral for a while. Also mix up your workouts to include different activities - cross train.
