Need, need, need to pick up on activity. Its has been raining everyday and I have not been motivated to work out after work. Hopefully trying to pick up on activity this week. I was able to fit better on my 3x business shirts and black slacks, which means I have been able to dress more professionally for work. Being able to dress up more as I loose weight is a good motivator to eat healthier at work.
