I ruined my day by stepping on the scale this morning. My weight is up again. I hope it is just water gain as I have joined that 8 cups of water challenge, and I have faithfully been doing my crunches and a few other strength exercises every night. However kicking this salt addiction is going to be tough. I obviously need to put the scale away for a little while and re adjust to these changes I am making. So frustrating, and slightly depressing. Need to chant that weight is not everything, have to feel good inside first and the outside will follow!
