BUSY weekend. I had grandbaby overnight Friday and then on both Saturday and Sunday -- that was fun but it did cut into my plans to get out and run. That said, I don't think I even sat down all weekend. Stayed really close on my carbs (bwtween 20-30 is my goal) but went over on calories and ate a lot of low-carb junk food, lol. Back at it this morning. It's going to be a long week - working both jobs every day this week -- means I need to be well organized. My meals are all very well planned and prepped for -- should see some downward scale movement by week's end :)
