Just had a lightbulb moment today. I'm realizing how different my energy is lifting weights on Keto. When I was lifting weights in my early 30's I needed to get into and work out this amped up state. Its so different now-- deep adaptation to Keto produces very focused, sustained energy while lifting. Flood of endorphins and deep clarity about 45 minutes into working out which often results in me working out a bit longer. I'm going to be 49 this year so this is quite a pleasant and unexpected development. I felt 49 a year ago but not anymore!

45 minutes in, sounds like I need to keep at it longer. :-) This sounds like a NSV worth doing keto even if it didn't affect weight loss.
