Have done 2 days of the 30 day shred...what a workout!! I am LOVING this one!! I went to bed both nights terrified of how much pain I was going to be in the next day - but imagine my surprise...NO PAIN!!! I can totally feel what I have done...my muscles are not exactly happy with me for making them work when they haven't in soooo long...but no real pain.
I would highly recommend this workout to EVERYONE who want a highly intense workout that doesn't take all day. I never would have guessed that 20 minutes could do so much!!!
Keep Strong everyone...It is so worth the effort!!

I have also started the 30 day shred with Jillian! I like it. Just cannot have anyone home when I do turn it on. Day 3 here and so far so good. KEEP it up!

I too - want no one around kjbear...I feel more than just a little awkward doing it under watchful eyes!! Good for you tsmamma...I am amazed - hate to exercise - but this is only 20 minutes - so very doable!!! GOOD LUCK!!
