Have done 2 days of the 30 day shred...what a workout!! I am LOVING this one!! I went to bed both nights terrified of how much pain I was going to be in the next day - but imagine my surprise...NO PAIN!!! I can totally feel what I have done...my muscles are not exactly happy with me for making them work when they haven't in soooo long...but no real pain. I would highly recommend this workout to EVERYONE who want a highly intense workout that doesn't take all day. I never would have guessed that 20 minutes could do so much!!! Keep Strong everyone...It is so worth the effort!! WE CAN DO THIS!!
