I've been trying my best. The weight is coming off slowly. But it is steadily coming off. My trainer added some weight to my routine so that I can lower my body fat and tone❤❤❤. That will affect the scale negatively(muscle weighs more than fat) but will affect my body oh so positively! I've only done two weight days, but my muscles feel tighter already! I hope to lose 13 pounds by New Years (goal weight) 💕. and lose 5 pounds sometime next year ( ultimate goal weight). What's funny is that I am three pounds away from My original New Years goal weight! I did so much better than I expected and I'm still going I'm really excited! I feel really good about how I look. It is worlds apart from when I first started my journey.

Just did hiit on the treadmill now I'm About to do my weight training. Today is a good day!
