I have struggled with food guilt the whole day. I'm not really sure why because I have stuck to the plan. I treated myself with Weighless chocolate mousse which was delicious and I'm enjoyed it. I am cooking healthy versions of chicken snitzels and eggplant parm. I am feeling guilty though because the are regarded as unhealthy. I thought that writing my feelings down would help me process what I am feeling.
