New scales! these measure quite a bit heavier than the old ones! old ones today I weighed 73.3kg. New scales have body fat and BMI and body water and all those fancy things. probably not the most accurate but will give me something to go by as I want to focus on losing fat, not just weight. 34.1 % fat today and BMI 29. yikes 😔
