Seems easy to keep calories limited to a deficit level, when laying around in a recliner ALL DAY LONG. Can't say it's alot of fun though. On a good note, Measured the widest part of my stomach this morning. I can't very easily weigh in right now, since I'm ordered to stay off the injured foot for 5 weeks. Measured at near 2 inches smaller around the mid section. :) Big smile. We'll keep doin' what we're doin' ....
