Up again today at 5 am and even jogged to the end of the street. The modifications I have made so far with Jenny is working for me. I use regular store bought cereal for breakfast and then follow Jenny for lunch and dinner. Fresh fruit for snacks and a 100 calorie snack. Also walking 30 minutes in the evening.

OK, that is it; you are making the rest of us look bad with your 5 am exercise regime. At least lie to us and tell us you are up at 7am :-)

Thats a good idea actually - would cut the cost abit for sure.
