So celebrated parents weekend with my daughter. Tried to stay on only keto but that was impossible for a Parents Weekend. Tailgating and BBQ. Most the food provided were processed so I knew I would fall out of keto. Tested my keto levels and I was low. So back to basics in diet and fasting. Will do a 48 hour fast.
