It sucks trying to healthy (or eat at all) during a time of hurricane relief. All food that I had was officially lost to Irma and I lost power for 8 days with no generator. Grocery stores are still working on completely stocking back up and there could be another hurricane, Maria, on the way. Fast food places were the first to open. Knowing how people didn't have lights. I know that's the business but it makes me upset knowing they shove fat down our throats when times get tough. I drank as much water as I could and by passed the sodas in our ice cooler. Today, I find myself eating a cup of noodles. I definitely will not be getting my calorie fill today...
