So I'm recording a weight loss. Yay! But I have no clue how I accomplished it other than by being fat adapted...? Wednesday of last week we had a company party so I splurged and didn't even try to attempt at recording anything. After that I started IF 16/8. That seems to work very well for me. This morning I went out to eat breakfast with a friend and ignored the Cracker Barrel biscuits and grits and stuck only with the eggs, bacon and sausage. I'm patting myself on the back for that!
