At the time of this entry, a 33 hour fast. I fasted because I ate at restaurants 2 days in a row. While I am sure all things I had were keto friendly, I wanted to make sure. Will be using my keto test strips for verification. It was hard to do this fast, because of the good food around me. Took a client to lunch, and I just drank ice tea. The client respected my desire to fast so it was not an awkward situation. Also lost 3.5 inches from my mid section. Clothes feel much more loose. Keep tightening my belt :). Will see about completing a 48 fast or close to it. Have only drank water, tea and coffee. After 24 hours, I was having the hunger shakes and my body really wanted to eat. I pressed on with just water. Then went to bed early to help get over the hunger. It is still a challenge to do a day long fast, but I know what to expect and I can plan accordingly. Feel I am making good progress.
