Stuck with the plan, I had plenty of water, had a spinach salad and cauliflower rice with chicken thighs in fajita seasoning, plus kimchee. The only thing I regret was gout. Had a huge attack with my right ankle, very very painful. Had to take 2 aleve and 4 advil it the pain never went away, but I did go to sleep for a bit. I read that gout can attack in the first 6 weeks of Keto diet and I have been taking my allopurinol tabs for a week now. Hope it subsidies else I might have to ask for stronger meds.
