It says it all, doesn't it, Willie? Well done on your loss, you've hardly any more to go to your target now. Have you a plan for when you reach it? Are you happy with 68kg? Have you a maintenance plan? All the best.

@phooka. my target represents 20% weight loss and I think that's enough for anyone (certainly enough for me).
stage 2 is all about gaining some muscle to deflect my lovely wife's comments about having no ass.
believe it or not, I was in reasonable shape from my gym work until an accident in May 2010.

@Adpully. I use empty Diet Coke bottles. but other brands are available.
A word of warning, though.
You will be amazed when you realise the bulk and weight of it.

Well done for your weight loss. Might be now you can set a goal to build the same amount of muscle. Muscle is an active tissue it contracts and relaxes that contraction requires energy. So the more muscle you have the more fat your body burns. Just a tip from a bodybuilder athlete.

@Melinda. That's along the same lines as my thinking. I'm pretty sure that a proportion of my weight loss is muscle wastage. That's why I want to try and bulk up a little.

Update on the bottles. I've managed to squeeze in number 9. That's 14.5 kg, including the bag!
Amazed that I used to carry more than that 24 hours a day
