I shouldn't have the bbq sauce, but these delicious ribs from Mariah are worth it! Maybe I'll do a dry rub if I make my own? Anybody tried that?

I cook my ribs in a turkey roaster rinse them off put them in and forget about them the meat falls off the bones in about two hours in the last 30 min or an hour I will put the sauce on and let it cook in a little if you line the bottom of the roaster with foil cleanup is a breeze I lay the ribs on top of the turkey rack so the fat drips off my dogs gets the drippings they love it
