I've been going crazy, because we've moved, and I'm living out of bags while we sort everything. We've no cooker yet, or fridge, so I am having microwave meals to try and keep me going. Add to that the christmas rush, and the panic attached to everything, and it is really, really, really HARD to diet right now...

Actually I don't seem to be dieting at all right now. HELP! :O

Well, I'm getting ready to move. I know how you feel. Just relax, do the best you can to maintain until things settle down. Stressing about what you eat doesn't help the situation, it just wears you down. I am working on that too. I am just going to do the best I can. DONT PANIC! Very good advice from a great book "The Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy" LOL!
