Ok I just went from elated to sad... Yesturday I went jogging when I wasn't feeling up to it, and I ended up pushing myself like never before. I normal can only jog for about one street and then need to walk before starting again. Well last night I pushed myself and was able to jog around my whole block, all four sides, without stopping or walking... and still jogged quite a bit after that. I was really impressed with myself. Not sure if I'm building stamina or if it's just easier to jog with 18lbs less body fat.
To top off yesturday I got on the scale and was at 235lbs. Down one pound, which i was super impressed with too because I've just started my period and we all know that does bad things for any girl.

Ok so now the sad part... :( Just stepped on the scale thinking, "man yesturdays jog will really help.. hope i'm down something!" and to my surprise and dismay i'm now 237.8 lbs :(
Could just be water retention but this is the first time in my weight loss challenge that the scale won. :(
