As of 7.22.17 I have lost 34lbs and its been since 5.06.17. on June 9,2017 I went to see my Liver doctor due to I have (NASH) Non-alcoholic cirrhosis. My weight has been bothering him for the last year and a half because If I ever have to be on a liver translate list at the weight im now I will be denied due to my BMI is over 40 and no one can get a translate if your BMI is over 40. I told him that when he see me next in December Ill be 50lbs less. I think that Ill be past that 50lb goal.

I have changed the way I eat, I only eat Whole foods meaning only one ingredient foods and I stay away from anything with soy, conola oil, artificial sweetener and sugar. And almost everything out there has all of this crap.
