Ive been putting this off for a long time, mainly because foods with high fats and carbs are just so good. But today I've decided to really try, of corse, again that is- and pray not to fail miserably this time!!
I started the day off with a boiled egg and some cooked and salted veggies, all of which had MINIMAL olive oil, a small pot of greek yogurt and some freshly squeezed apple juice. A big breakfast since I was missing out on lunch and having dinner at around 6.

Now, I'm in no critical condition, and only a bit overweight-- which, might I say, is still a bad thing for my health, which is the main reason Im doing this whole deep research type of program. Its more of a self motivation then a main help.
During my time on this website (about 2 months) I'd like to lose a good 18 Ib's, to get my BMI to a healthier point, and to get rid of any excess weight hanging on to my thighs!
