So I had more dairy the last couple of days (nonfat milk in multiple cups of coffee) than I had the rest of the week. Now my sinuses are flaring up, and I think it's a reaction to the dairy. Dairy is an allergen to most people, and here I thought it was due to my being mildly allergic to everything in my environment already..weeds, some trees, cats, dust.. So I'm taking antihistamine today with some results.
