Ok, so I gained 3lbs. And yes I went just a tad over board this weekend (lots of burgers and dogs on the grill, "yeah I'm easy to please"), but hey after all it was Fathers Day weekend and my family took care of me for a change and I loved it... lol. All is well as this is a new day, new week and 3lbs is nothing to stress about.. Life is Good!
