I do believe it's always good to have a day of rest! Yesterday was just such a day ;) And it did me a lot of good, mentally! I needed to unplug from the 'thought process' - and just enjoy my day.
Woke this morning raring to go! Kid off to school and then I hit the gym.
10 min warm up on Eliptical. (2 min warm up - 1 minute intervals, super fast, super slow 4 ea, then a 2 min cool down) Ok, 12 min's sorry.
Then onto machines for squats, inner thighs, outer thighs, - then hand weights-biceps, triceps, shoulders - then machines for pullups, tricep dips, and bi-lateral back exercises.
Then back on the Eliptical for a 3 min BURST!
Felt good actually. And I did notice that most of my weight amounts have increased in the last few months. MUSCLE DEVELOPMENT perhaps??? (that extra weight is coming from somewhere, and it ain't coming from 'cheating'!)
Home to a yummy bkfst of 2 fried eggs, and 2 slices of canadian bacon! YUM!!!
Musn't forget my water today... and this week is off to a great start!
