Couple of weeks ago I was on a road trip fpr work. I was stuck in a motel room for a week. The closest restaurant and grocery store was 30 minutes away in Smoky Lake. My meals consisted mainly of anything that I could heat up in the microwave. So not terribly healthy and I hadn't brought my runners. Not a good combination at all. Needless to say I gain a whole whack load of wieght that I'm struggling to get back off!.
This week I'm starting at the gym! Wish me luck!
