I did make my goal of 150 for my birthday as a matter of fact I was 149. I will be starting the detox phase again. I am now making my goal 145 for Christmas. I have enjoyed all the compliments that I have been receiving. I will be going back to 3 day schedule at the gym. Good luck to me.
