Going to be sitting at a computer for most of the day today... haven't really had a chance to eat the kinds of foods I'd like either due to time restraints... Also, completely sunburned from tanning yesterday so I'm not sure I'll be able to exercise like I want to. I think I'll give it a try but if it's too painful I'll have to stop. Just going to keep the caloric intake really low today if I can't work out.

Well, I came home and tried to work out, I got through the short and simple three minute cardio warm-up just fine... (minor pain), however as soon as we started the floor work I couldn't take it. I'm thinking I'm going to have to just wait until my back is a little less sunburnt in order to work out. Hopefully tomorrow I'll have no issues.
