Out of town...drove hours to cabin. No time for exercise...until Saturday. Not a lot of food options
...so it did not go well. Was able to get back on program today..after a two days off of it. It really is the carbs...
as even though I had lots of exercise...and it could have balanced the calorie amount. I gained weight...do
to increased carbs. Hoping I can get back on track...and continue the low carbs this week. I also noticed
my vitamins are high in sugar and carbs...no wonder I could it the whole jar!!! They are so yummy. I will look into
some other vitamin options...as it will save me three carbs a day!!!!!! happy Mother's Day to ALL. Enjoy your families/friends.
