I have been doing well, got back into some yoga this week (stomach muscles hurt!)--I know I am eating right and I have temporarily given up Atkins bars, it has been a week and a half. Scale is not budging but I will not be deterred!! I will be starting a new challenge February 27 with a goal to lose just 5 lbs. Smaller goals until I get it done.
