Wow, the week a difference makes when you aren't eating clean. UGH! in 1 week, I've put 8 pounds back on. I'm SURE it's because 3x last week, I had to eat out for dinner and I made bad choices and ate too much at the same time and I ate bad during the Super Bowl. I think my workout on Friday and yesterday (Monday) had something to do with it too in terms of swelling in my muscles. Saturday, I swear...I couldn't move without feeling pain in my abs, sides and pecs! Today it's my pecs. The following is the workout I split into 2 cause of time restraints. (picked back up with the pushups Monday.)
100 swings 90cleans 80 snatches 70 jerks 60 leg lifts 50 double cleans 40 pushups 30 squat w/2 arm rows 20 clean and press 10 turkish get ups
This is much more intense than what I had been doing, so it will take probably until next week for my body to adjust to the strength training compared to last months endurance swings.
But, back to food. I made bad choices so I got bad numbers. This week is back on it. And as usual, it the numbers don't go back to normal in a couple days (down 1 today and I STILL ate bad last night), then I will record the gain. :-)
