So the past week has been a rough one. I have definitly slipped up a number of times on the diet. It's a really rough time of year for me and as usual i have turned to food for comfort but after the detox and doing so well it's just making me feel worse. But the sad thing is i still want to just eat crap! i need to just commit again because i was feeling so much better about myself before. Help! i need support!

Hang in there, you can do this! Just refocus and keep telling yourself you can do this! We are only human and we all have issues, but if we stick together we can succeed! Stay strong and remember you are worth it!

Don't let yourself cave in to those bad habits. You only feel worse after doing so and it's not worth it. You can do this, just get your mind back to beleiving in yourself and remembering the payoff you'll receive for being and staying strong.
