todays loss was a wonderful surprise
this week I will stick to my eating plan hopefully I will have this losing weight cracked in the next few weeks :) it really would be great to have a few weeks of loss and hopefully it will become second nature :)

and I have just noticed so are you here is to next week I am sure the knitting is helping as my hands are so busy they cant be putting food in my mouth :):)
