12 weeks till my birthday, 14 weeks till my graduation and basically 12 kg to lose. All I can do is my best and stay on track. Losing a kilo a week will be hard work and will have to be strict with my eating and really stick to my intermittent fasting plan. Fasting days Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. Need to really get in the right head space to find the discipline I need to follow through. I have joined the gym as well as along with the extra weight I am so unfit. I just wanna feel fit and energised and lighter on my feet and look good.
