well I am feeling much better today , I think it was def not enough water intake. I am still on 19 carbs but I can't eat any more! Hope I 've lost more than a 1 lb on day 14. Excited - but will wait!

Remember, you don't have to eat all 20 carbs, it's a generalized number, a little over or under is acceptable. IF your eating less, try to get 15 or so vege carbs in a day, and cut back on the other things. On Atkins we tend to not be as hungry...which is a good thing!
