Well, I´ve had a bit of a blow-out the last couple of days - at least by my current standards. The stress at work after my computer disasters a couple of weeks ago has been intense and exhaustion is always my worst enemy. And then ironically the lovely evening out to dinner with Fríða triggered a relaxation phase. Much needed I guess - but no gym on Friday - over eating (though nothing very bad apart from honey) Friday and Saturday. But settling down a bit better now - and I´ve slept well (and still managed to finish a couple of pressing projects). So hopefully things will get back on track again. But I guess it is a week of weight-loss lost - but hopefully not going to be a gain by Thursday. Fingers crossed!
