Ok, so I fell off! Who wouldn't after moving back to the US, during the holiday's, celebrating with friends, welcome back parities.. Ugg!! I haven't eaten a health salad or had my daily low cal meals in weeks. ENOUGH! I already feel the difference in my body and I see it. I don't like it and neither does my body!!
Today is D day. Do or Die day!!! I'm not playing anymore! Got my protein drink in one hand and my sneakers in the other. I hate this cold though but I know once I get out of this house and to the Gym my whole feeling will change. I just have to fight this feeling of laziness to get over to the other side where I'm full of energy and enthusiasm for the next day!! It's on!
