Glad to be on another loss this weigh in, but today I am nervous as hell tomorrow I am competing in my first ever race and its a Half Marathon (22k) I have trained hard but still am nervous I have only ever run a 5k with other people around.....hopefully it will go well, and if you want a laugh watch the below video from my YouTube channel about the top 5 bad things that can happen when you long distance run!
