I'm stuck at a pound more than my last weigh in for like 5-6 days already? What's up with that- ideas?

Your body is putting on the brakes. It happens to everyone when they diet, some sooner than others. Make sure that you are sticking to the plan 100% and move to phase 2 at the end of your two weeks on phase 1. Also make sure that you are getting some exercise, but don't overdo it. Make sure that you DON'T say to yourself that it's okay to eat that item that isn't on the plan since you aren't losing anyway. Stick to the plan and this too shall pass.

I would second all of that. Following the plan is important. Just eliminate the option of eating anything off the plan and soon the urges will leave you.

thank you- I'm bummed, but i will push forward- it's almost 2 weeks and I lost ony 5 1/2 pounds

I think I only ended up losing about 7 pound on my first two weeks on the plan so I know how you feel. I had been hoping for 7 per week but it was still a loss. Sometimes it is going to go more slowly than you want it to but any loss is still a loss and it puts you that much closer to your goal. This has become my mantra!!
