Your body is putting on the brakes. It happens to everyone when they diet, some sooner than others. Make sure that you are sticking to the plan 100% and move to phase 2 at the end of your two weeks on phase 1. Also make sure that you are getting some exercise, but don't overdo it. Make sure that you DON'T say to yourself that it's okay to eat that item that isn't on the plan since you aren't losing anyway. Stick to the plan and this too shall pass.
