I'm trying to keep the cost of supplements down- so maybe everyone knows this, but in case not,for those items that you order from unikey, if you order by phone, the shipping is $7.50 either by fed ex or ups ground- it's slow (like a week) so plan in advance. This was great fro ordereing the whey, which was heavy. also, if you re-order from them within 30 days, you get a 15% discount-(doesn't apply to items on sale) also have to do it by phone. If anyone needs number, let me know
