I've been doing pretty great actually. Walking daily, less time in front of the tv. LIFTING WEIGHTS! Since i started this journey, i feel so good! WOO! Look out!
I'm quickly approaching 35...wanna get this weight in check before i get any heavier. All my family and friends are so supportive. Each day is such a blessing with my peeps.
Keep on moving! Peace!
PS...i made a cake...and i ate lots of it. But, today is over and tomorrow is a fresh start.

I'm wanting to start doing WW again. I have the food campanion books etc but I need to know how many points a day I can have. Can anyone help? I don't want to sign up for the meetings or online

Missy, you sound like you are doing great! Carebear, they have a quiz you take that is individualized. Someone posted the old way (points by weight on here this morning). I can't remember who, but maybe you can go back and look.
