Last week I had a co-worker that was murdered on the job, which really made my heart sink. I fell off the wagon, didn't want to go to work, didn't want to work out, and hugely didn't want to track food. Took me a few days to snap out of things, I managed to get myself back on track again. Luckily I didn't really gain any. Today as I stood on the scale, I managed to lose .25lbs, which I was quite shocked after all the crap I had eaten. 164 is a weight I haven't seen in almost a year!

Wow, what a shock. I'm not surprised you reacted the way you did.I think you can forgive yourself for anything you did in the aftermath. Glad you seem to be getting back on track.

O geez, I am so sorry!! You can't be blamed for falling off any wagon if that happens. Glad you don't have to make your way back ...stress can actually make people lose weight. I'm just really sorry about your co-worker!

Thanks everyone. Today is the funeral, so it will be a high emotional day. However I'm not going to let it stop me from killing it at the gym! I'll do an extra set, rep or whatever it takes!
